Project details may remain unresolved during discovery. The agent should inspect the drawings before asking for information they can provide. Unknown heights, north, code cycle, constructions and equipment stay unknown until supported or confirmed. The BLD benchmark is not an extraction source.

Managed-agent connection check

Checks existing provider credentials for read access only. It does not upload drawings, start a sandbox, run AI, or verify measurement accuracy.

Operator test only: synthetic CSV task on October 13. GPT-6.1 Sol, network disabled, $1 provider limit plus $1 reserved hosting headroom per explicit attempt. Repeated starts cannot launch a replacement session. No drawings are sent; this does not verify drawing measurement.

Alternative SDK prerequisite: fixed private Linux/Node/Python check, no AI or drawings, $0.50 reserved compute headroom. The instance is closed after the check.

Completed SDK proof: the fixed October 13 synthetic CSV task used GPT-6.1 Sol and protected Python file tools, with no client drawings or image interpretation. Its original shared testing ledger was $14 within the then-approved $20 total including the plan charge. Saved results are not rerun.

PDF workspace prerequisite: verifies installed drawing tools and protected agent permissions. Reserves $0.50 per explicit attempt in the shared $24 testing ledger, within the approved October 13 $30 total including the plan charge. No AI calls or client files; not drawing reconstruction.

Private Sylmar drawing benchmark

Runs the established GPT-6.1 Sol SDK agent on seven original PDFs with the finalized BLD withheld. This is a private benchmark, not a public sample or a calculation. No automatic restart. Today-only shared spending controls apply.

Separate v2 job for the newer eight-PDF source packet and tested runtime. No execution day or spending cap is configured. The failed v1 job, its evidence and reservations remain separate. Preparing this review does not upload drawings, start compute or run AI.

Conditioning is a separate room assertion, not an occupancy schedule or calculation result. Unconditioned rooms remain in the building model.

Room use, compliance sector and conditioning are separate. Common areas need review. Room-use choices are currently the 2025 proposal catalog; no calculation rules are applied by this prototype.

Height source / evidence

Ceiling shape and source evidence (advanced)

Stepped/sloped ceilings use source-bound plan-foot patches. Ceiling planes are absolute z=a*x+b*y+c feet, not section pixels. This measures volume and ceiling area, not exposed roof area. Upper ceiling elevation bounds every patch.

Ceiling profile JSON

Saving revalidates coverage, voids, overlaps and source pages. Retain the profile when editing labels. Clearing this field explicitly removes the shape and returns to the constant-height assumption; use that only for an evidenced flat ceiling.

Saving recomputes calibrated areas, evidenced constant-height/profile volumes, numerical overlaps and contact candidates. The coverage ledger records assertions; physical adjacency, exterior exposure, constructions and calculations remain unverified. Occupancy is saved to the room; load schedules are not yet implemented.
